To Whom it May Concern:

This letter serves as a conformance certification that all PROTEX® products are manufactured in the United States of America from materials that are sourced from the United States of America and, as such, all products meet the requirements of section 1605 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 and of 49 USC § 50101.  

No federal waiver from the “Buy American” requirements is required for PROTEX product submittal.
